Turn early math practice into an exciting hands-on experience with our Color & Number Matching Paint Cups and Paw Print Counters (8 cups & 40 chips). This colorful learning activity encourages young children to match the paw print counters to the coordinating paint cups while exploring numbers, colors, counting, and sorting.
Children can identify the number on each paint cup, count out the corresponding paw print counters, and drop them inside. They can also match counters by color for an additional sorting challenge.
Count & Drop: Choose a numbered cup and place the matching quantity of paw print counters inside.
Color Match: Match each colorful paw print to its corresponding paint cup.
Sort & Compare: Sort the paw prints by color and talk about which groups have more, fewer, or the same.
Number Hunt: Call out a number and have your little learner find the correct paint cup.
